Rolph David

Willy's Wise Advice - A Limerick!

Silent sorrow, a quiet strife,
Eats away at the core of life.
Till heart's fabric rends apart,
Underneath its quiet art,
The pain unseen, cuts like a knife.

Based on Shakespeare's
"The sorrow that does not speak gnaws quietly at the heart until it breaks."
