Hallo Uwe, natürlich kannst du mir auf deutsch antworten. Das Gedicht entstand in den 80er Jahren nach einem Frühlingsbesuch bei einem Bekannten in Dortmund, ist also eine Frühlingserinnerung. Damals schrieb ich eine Reihe englischer Gedichte.
