Norman Möschter

I'd love to be

I’d love to be a raindrop part
Apart from raindrops whole.
Half still kept on earth for long
Half already upturned from.
Sunbeam-road to glide along.
Direction undeclared.

I’d love to be a raindrop part
Apart from raindrops whole.
Many others in surroundings.
No one comes too close.

I’d love to be a white bright petal
Carried by the winds of zest.
Nudged by snowflakes going down
To initiate the spin-around.
Until the winds do play the clown.
Dropped into sunbeam traffic.

I’d love to be a white bright petal
Carried by the winds of zest.
Many others in surroundings.
All get blown away.

I’d love to be a blade of grass
Trodden down to muddy ground.
There I don’t have to remember
How my face went down.
Went down and touched the ground.

I’d love to be a blade of grass
Trodden down to muddy ground.
From dawn till eve I recognize
Life’s pulled up straight to the sky.
But is too heavy, too incurred.

I’d love to live in free-bore mind
With many others surround me.
Neither trampled nor mistreated
Neither cause nor feel the pain
Neither brought to anywhere
Nor be unassisted there.

I’d love to live in free-bore mind
With many others surround me.
Fighting for my own decisions
Fighting for some truly friends
Fighting for lives among the sun
Die with heads above the sand.
