Wage equity for women if pension equity for men!
Because:
A) Women live on average 6 years longer than men!
(...And so it also burdens the pension fund for 6 years longer!)
BUT YOU DID NOT WORK FOR 6 YEARS MORE
OR PAY INTO THE PENSION FUNDS ADDITIONALLY FOR THESE 6 YEARS!?
B) Women also retire years earlier than men! ?
(I.e. they already pay less into the pension fund than men anyway, but they also have a significantly higher or longer benefit here! ? ! ? ... )
Roughly speaking, women benefit from the pension benefits for around 11 years longer, although they do not pay for them or working!
And this is as unfair as it is paradoxical that the pension discussion urgently needs to be completely re-launched!

Last but last but not least, a recommendation:
men work until the age of 67, because on average they only live to 75 years.
According to this, women would have to work until the age of 75 because they live to an average of 83 years.
Both would then benefit from the pension for the same amount of time (ie 8 years) on average.
AND WITH EARLIER RETIREMENT THAN MEN, THEN IT'S NOTHING ANY MORE!
Only that would be fair!
And only then could there be a discussion about equal pay for women.
