Inge Hoppe-Grabinger

a hole in his soul

A housewife so proud of her sewing
was aware of what she was doing.
When she discovered a hole
in her lover's soul
she hemmed it  and ignored his boo-hooing...

to hem: umsäumen
to boo-hoo:  plärren, laut schluchzen
