Thougths of a tree
I am only a tree among the graces of all lightness and fleetingness,
but I know my roots deeply connected to the earth.
The graceful dances in its lightness,
flirts and floats periodically over the ground,
fields, forests, lakes, through the air.
I am only a tree, rough - sometimes knotty,
sometimes beastly, can even last for centuries
and send my leaves with winds on journeys.
The seeds of the graces of mature calyxes giggle arrogantly in the sunlight:
- Ah, see only these trees without verve, clumsy and sluggish,
their fruits do not fall far from the tribe, indeed there is much to the proverb -.
I am only a tree in the sunlight, I am surrounded by rinds, surrounded by bark,
and yet I live in the worlds of pride and my rings hold history for mankind.
The Graces crumble, break to dust with their arrogance which the singer,
poet, captures in poems.
My fate is often in human hands, but man has also recognized my power
and sees me in a new light.
