Being old

Being old

To be old
Is like having gold.
Itīs so much fun
But you canīt run.
You have a lot of time
And the sun will always shine.
You have a lot of money
And a husband who calls you honey.
Every single day
Is for you like holiday.
You sit in your rocking chair
And count your white hair.
With 66 the life begins,
You can see it on the women skins.
But you know every single day can be the last
Time runs fast.
