BOSWORTH FIELD

The battle they said swung to and fro
Stanley's army all ready to go
poised on a hill-top so we're told
watching like a Hawk at the battle unfold
pledging his alliance, but the traitor lied
took his chances with the other side
the King fought on, refused to yield
drew his last breath on Bosworth Field
a horse a horse they believe he cried
the last words uttered before he died

This story took place at the Battle of Bosworth
and is proof that the old saying is true.
Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.
