Cousins

We grew up close, a fence between us
But that didn't stop the bond that grew...
there were 3 of us and 7 of you,
a toal of 10..God what a CREW!

So now, 50 years later
Here in Reunion
celebrating Christmas Time
The laughter, the music, the feeling of FAMILY
celebrating a LOVE sublime

Past the years and
past the fears of all Life's givings,
Past the angst of cousin-dri..
Past the squabbles of close knit living...
Past life's challenges now to be free

Now in our and 50's and 60's
looking back on our History
I can say without doubt. "I love you dear cousins,"
and I say that with all sincerity...
